No. 10 Bellair is a private condominium residence located in the heart of Yorkville Toronto.

Complementing the grace and style of the building, No.10 Bellair offers services rivaling those of a five-star resort.  On a weekly basis, new custom designed floral arrangements grace the lobbies and delight residents and visitors alike. A dedicated and professional team is on hand twenty-four hours a day to provide assistance and security.

The 10 Bellair Team delivers valet parking for residents twenty-four hours a day; valet parking for visitors is available from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. daily.  The Concierge is also available at all times to assist with transportation and other requests.  Weekdays, the Executive Concierge is on hand to deliver on requests ranging from housekeeping services to those hard-to-find event tickets and everything in between.

We are serious about security in this intimate community.  Over one hundred cameras are monitored in real time high-definition and the inner lobbies and residential floors can only be accessed by registered card holders.  The extent of the use of technology allows the team to focus on service delivery and resident and guest recognition.

At No.10 Bellair, we are constantly looking to improve and enhance our amenities and services.  An in-house car detailing service is available to residents, by appointment, on the weekend.  We have developed great relationships with local services and service providers and have a roster of professional individuals in any number of disciplines.  From dog walkers to cut-steel handbag restorers, we can assist with any request….and, always, with a smile.
